Hicks Pendant Light {Love it!}

The Hicks Pendant Light by Thomas O’Brien - a case of love at first site for me. There are four finishes to choose from. I’m drawn to polished nickel, but the bronze with antique brass is not far behind… all are beautiful. Funny how this pendant is statement making all on its own, just as it is when hung in a pair or grouping. Sadly, I don’t have a place for the Hicks pendant light in my home, so my crush continues to linger.

Gorgeous, right? Which finish is your favourite? Do you have a spot for these beauties in your home? Do tell, I would love to know.

I have loved these for the longest time too! No spot for them in my home either, but if I did I'd go with the bronze.

What a gorgeous collection of images. I considered the Hicks pendants in polished nickel for above my kitchen island. But then the kitchen took a decidedly contemporary turn and I instead went with the Flos KTribe Suspension Pendants by Philippe Starck. But I still adore the Hicks, they look fabulous in so many spaces.

I prefer light fixtures that are more open and/or sparkly, but these ones are quite nice. My first choice of finish is chrome (it's that sparkle requirement!) And I think these fixtures look best hung as a pair.

I love the first kitchen - I believe that's the one that Jane Lockhart won a kitchen design competition with, yes?

I love these....they are soooo nice...a bit trendy I think maybe? I mean they're classic but I might get sick of the globe-ness of them, but I think for me at lesat I prefer to gush over them in pictures rather than in my space.

I love both the bronze and the chrome finish...so beautiful. They remind me of floating fishbowls, or those vintage street lamps ;) I wouldn't have a place for them in my house, but I love looking at them!
