Ramsin’s Reno

Ramsin Khachi of the Khachi Design Group set out to create the ‘prefect’ house. Last night was the house tour, complete with valet parking and refreshments. B and I made our way after work.

This house is insanely gorgeous – inside and out! The attention to detail makes this house extraordinary. It’s as though the underlying notion came from “life is too short” thought. Not only was it beautifully decorated, but it was rich in ‘practical’ features like heated floors, energy efficient appliances and leading edge technology. Here’s a look at this beauty…

Gorgeous, right? Among our favourite things – besides the lovely furnishings - the mouldings, extra wide baseboards, the hardwood floors (especially the herringbone pattern in the dining room), the polished & brushed nickel hardware on all the doors and cabinetry, the smart technology through out the house and state-of-the-art theatre room. * all photos provided by Khachi Design Group.

Wow it IS insanely gorgeous! Love all the trims and details they put in. Their lighting fixtures and the spa bathrooms are my favorites. Thx for sharing this house tour with us Wendy :)
What a spectacular home! I've always admired Ramsin's work on CityLine. He combines architectural knowhow and design aesthetics beatifully. Love the tilework, builtins, trims, lighting... all of it! Such great attention to detail.

Wow! Ramsin did an amazing job making over this house. Just a few of the details that I love.... the sloped ceilings with skylights, the ceiling detail & herringbone floor in the dining room, the vent over the stove in the kitchen, and the dog washing station - how cool is that?! Also love the mirror in the hall, the star light in the powder room, and the sunburst mirror above the fireplace. But really, it's all gorgeous!

LOVE IT! It's absolutely stunning. So much light (I'm always a fan of a well placed skylight!), and details like that doggie shower (we could use one for sure!). Thanks for sharing Wendy!
