Candice Tells All {Restful Monochromatic}

The new Candice Olsen show, Candice Tells All, has me hooked. There’s no doubt that Candice knows how to design a room, her reveals are always stunning. This show is another take on teaching homeowners design principles that can be applied to any space for that designer look and magazine ready space most people crave.

Last week, Candice transformed a big builder beige master bedroom into a sophisticated, restful retreat. The reveal was nothing less than stunning. Take a look…

This reveal made my heart sing. It’s a little over accessorized for me but overall the design feels completely grown up, warm and timeless. My own master bedroom is at least this big (if not bigger) and the goal of making it feel warm and inviting has always been the challenge… so we really haven’t done much other than remove the stucco ceiling, add more lighting and paint. This room reveal is a keeper as inspiration for our own master bedroom redesign project, which won’t be anytime soon unfortunately. You can get all the sources to this room here and the show airs Thursdays at 8pm on the W Network.

What do you think?

I am so glad you posted about her new series. The first show I wasn't liking her new conservative demeanor. I missed her quirkiness from Divine Design. The second show was a little better, and not so stuffy. No doubt that Candice can design, she is my all time favorite! I even got to meet in her in person, and she was quirky and fun. She does tend to over accessorize, but that might just be for the camera.

This bedroom is so beautiful & serene :-) Candice knows how to do bedrooms! And living rooms, and kitchens, and bathrooms.... ;-)

{Bummer that you won't be able to make it to IDS on Friday :-( Are you going to the gala on Thursday?}

rooms like this usually look like there is a lot of wasted space...but certainly not here!
